Achievements:

Since 2014 Stephen has provided administration, operational support and governance advice to hundreds of Not for Profit organisations in Australia. He previously served as the Federal President of the Institute of Management Consultants. Stephen has extensive experience serving as a Chair and Director on numerous commercial and Not for Profit boards in Australia and New Zealand.

Stephen specialises in delivering performance improvement for Not for Profit organisations. He is a specialist in: Association Management; Board Performance; Compliance; Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Membership Systems & integrated Websites; e-Commerce; Event Management; Governance; Project Management; Process Re-engineering; Procurement; Risk Management and Stakeholder Engagement.

He has over a decade of Information Technology experience with Olivetti and then his own software organisation. As General Manager of Total Logistics (now Exel Logistics) he built up New Zealand’s largest 3rd party outsourced logistics and customer service organisation with demanding clients such as Mars and Procter and Gamble.

Trained as a consultant by Ernst and Young, Stephen has over 20 years consulting experience which includes project management, change management, information technology, process improvement and governance.
